Customer contacts you for an RMA number; must ship back within 7 business days

Customer pays for defective and non-defective returns

Refund Processing

7-10 business days after inspection; refunded to original payment method minus the restocking fee

Must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos; full refund or replacement, no restocking fee, you cover shipping
